What is included in our 12-month program:
Initial Session:
Review of lab work and DEXA scan results

Introduction to foundational movement patterns and joint protection strategies
Weekly Sessions (1x/week for weeks 2,3 and 4)
Foundational movement progression
Body weight strength
Core stability
Balance, kinesthetic sense and proprioceptive training
Postural exercises
Monthly Sessions (1x/month for months 2-12)
Weighted strength progression
Core strength progression
Dynamic stability with multisensory system integration
Impact and plyometrics initiation and progression (if appropriate)
Measurement reassessments with comparative values
