Dr. Lindsay O'Keefe DPT, OCS

Dr. Lindsay O'Keefe has been practicing physical therapy in the outpatient orthopedic setting for 15 years. She is a board-certified orthopedic specialist and has worked in various settings, including sports medicine, specialty foot and ankle rehab, chronic pain, and trauma.

After working for several larger companies, she learned that in order to provide exceptional care, she could no longer work in a setting where therapists were overbooked and patients were unable to get the time and consistency of care they needed. She opened Pure Movement with the goal of providing TRUE one-on-one care. Lindsay has a special interest in helping patients with hypermobility, headaches, back and sacroiliac pain. She has created several wellness programs to promote healthy aging and injury prevention.

Lindsay has a passion for wellness and practices what she preaches. She enjoys strength training, calisthenics, running, spending time outdoors with her family, and relaxing with her dogs. She understands the importance of sleep, eating well, and nervous system regulation for both mental and physical health. Lindsay has personally battled recurrent dislocations, fractures and hypermobility injuries, which have all made her more passionate and empathetic towards helping others.
