Manual Therapy

Manual therapy targets painful or dysfunctional areas of the body. Sessions focus on one main body region and extend to other areas that may be contributing to the dysfunction. A combination of techniques are used to treat tissues, including fascial mobilization, soft tissue massage, deep tissue massage, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, and cupping.
