Insurance

Pure Movement Physical Therapy and Wellness is an out-of-network provider with all insurances except Medicare. We will happily verify your out-of-network benefits for physical therapy, provide a comparison to your in-network benefits, and estimate your cost for appointments. Payment will be due at the time of service. We will then submit claims to your insurance company on your behalf for reimbursement.

We are non-enrolled with Medicare and therefore are unable to see patients for Physical Therapy visits. Patients with Medicare insurance may schedule specialty appointments, including Wellness, Manual Therapy, and Dry Needling and receive the same quality of care. These services may be eligible for payment through HSA/FSA.

Why should you go out-of-network?

Out-of-network billing allows us to provide patients with the quality of care they deserve. Have you ever been rushed during an appointment or left an appointment with unanswered questions? Have you ever been told you can only treat one body part at a time? Have you ever been passed in between therapists or passed off to an untrained PT tech?

Here at Pure Movement, we value:

  • Time with our patients. Physical therapy sessions are scheduled for 50 minutes, one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Time is buffered in between sessions, so you and your therapist will never feel rushed. Flexible scheduling allows for longer appointment times if needed for more complicated cases or multiple injuries.

  • Altruism. We want to help you to the best of our ability, including during appointments and after hours. You will receive concierge service without paying concierge costs, because we want you to feel your best.

  • Active learning. Less patients per day results in more time for active learning, researching, differential diagnosis, problem solving, and collaborating. Common treatments performed 10 years ago are now being disproven. Every patient's needs are different, and no two diagnoses are the same.

  • Partnership. The patient-therapist relationship should be built on trust and open communication. We are here to support you along your journey, but it's an active partnership that will help you reach your final destination.
