Pure Movement Physical Therapy and Wellness is out-of-network with commercial insurances. Please check with your insurance company to determine out-of-network coverage for outpatient physical therapy. Dry needling and Wellness appointments are not covered by insurance. Payment will be due at the time of service. We will then submit claims to your insurance company on your behalf or provide you with a superbill for reimbursement.
