Why schedule an annual exam?
​Tracking your physical performance and health status over time allows us to address small changes in your body that could potentially lead to injuries down the road. Often loss of strength, balance and stability is gradual, and we don't notice the loss until it causes a problem.
How does our body change with age?
As we age, we gradually lose muscle mass, bone mass, flexibility, endurance, balance, coordination, and more. These impairments are easily treated before there is a problem, but if we fall and break a bone or strain our back, the process will take more time and energy as the tissues need time to heal. Let's prevent pain and IMPROVE our function as we age.
